Mindy Smith has spent over a decade helping leaders stay focused, organized, and inspired. Now stepping into the nonprofit world, she’s excited to put her skills to work for causes that matter, building strong connections and making a real difference along the way.

She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Baker College and is also a certified grant writer. Mindy is passionate about helping others thrive, with a special place in her heart for animal welfare.

Based in Michigan, Mindy shares her home with her husband and their two black German Shepherds, Radar and Arya — who she will happily talk about any chance she gets.
